The Dr Fox pharmacy website uses Ryft, a leading UK independent payment service provider, to process card payments. All sensitive payment card information is encrypted using the most sophisticated e-payment software available and is sent to the bank for instant authorisation via the Ryft network of payment gateways. Transactions normally take a few seconds to be processed and at no time are your payment card details at risk from cyber criminals.

We accept payments by debit or credit card: Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX. ApplePay and GooglePay are also supported. If for any reason your order is declined by the doctor, or you cancel the order after making a payment, then a refund will be automatically made to the same payment card.

All payments are authorised by your bank using the 3D Secure process.

The www.doctorfox.co.uk server is scanned regularly for vulnerabilities and all sensitive data is encrypted before being transmitted between your browser and server - further information on data security.

Payment card details are not stored on the www.doctorfox.co.uk server.

Dr Fox now supports ApplePay and GooglePay payment methods. Paypal is not currently available.
