Took 1 x 50 mg. ca. 45 min. before sex. Had no effect on me whatsoever. Next time I tried 2 x 50mg - same 100% lack of effect. Can not recommend this. Will use Cialis instead. They works fine for me...

I took 50mg after food and some alcohol and it started having an effect within an hour. It worked very well at prolonging sex. 12 hours later it still had a good effect. However, in the morning it also came with a migraine-type headache that lasted 24hrs. What a shame!
