These are not as expected had sildenfil b4 100mg and a half done me great for couple of days lucky if these last a couple of hours

Switched from 50mg dose to 25mg because it was giving me a massive headache. 25mg works just fine, still get a headache with it but not as bad as with the stronger dose.

Thank you for your review and sorry to hear you experienced headache after taking sildenafil. Unfortunately headache is a very common side effect when taking sildenafil/Viagra (affecting 12.8% of users according to studies). Taking paracetamol or another simple pain killer, such as ibuprofen or aspirin, at the same time as sildenafil is an option (always read the patient information leaflet supplied with all medicine before taking). Apart from simple pain killers and using the minimum effective dose, there may be little else to try, except perhaps alternative tablets such as tadalafil or vardenafil which may produce less headache, although tadalafil has a longer duration of action (up to 36 hours). Also ensure you are properly hydrated and don't drink too much alcohol.
