Does exactly what you would want it to, works in about 45 mins and lasts about 12 hours or so. Unfortunately for me I suffer from some of the side effects, occasional blocked sinuses and heartburn, else would have been 5 stars.

It was amazing, Really had very strong erection and the effect lasted for over 10 hours. I must say the headache was definitely a side effect, however my wife certainly approved it.
