To me these were fake, they did very little. I have used these before, but got from another site and they were excellent, but these ones I got from doctorfox site did very little

Please note Cialis and other oral ED tablets will only be effective with sexual stimulation. Cialis helps keep the blood in the penis once aroused. It will not initiate blood flow to the penis, so if you are not sexually aroused, the treatment will fail. It is advised to repeat the attempt several times.
