It was first time so started with low 2.5mg didn't really do for me.

Thank you for your review. 2.5mg Cialis (tadalafil) is a low daily dosage. The Cialis 2.5mg patient leaflet states the recommended dose is 5mg taken once a day at approximately the same time of the day. Dose can be adjusted to 2.5mg based on your response to 5mg. Once-a-day dosing of tadalfil is useful for men who anticipate having sexual activity two or more times per week. For men who anticipate sexual activity less than twice a week the starting dose is 10mg taken as required 30 minutes or more before sex. This dosaage can be adjusted lower to 5mg or higher to 20mg if required, depending on response to 10mg.
