If you have confirmed your identity previously for your account you do not need to verify again.
Photo ID: After ordering you will be required to upload a photo of a valid photo identity document (passport, driving licence, 18+ card, national ID card – must be current and in-date), that contains your name, date of birth, and a photo, before a prescription can be issued and an order is despatched.
If you do not have photo ID: The majority of patients can also be verified online instantly by referencing data on their credit profile. This is called a 'soft' check to validate identity only, and is not a check on a person's credit-worthiness. The ID check will not affect their credit rating. Patient's must enter their correct full name and date of birth, and a delivery address that is registered with a payment card provider, bank or building society, finance provider, or electoral register, to pass an online credit check.
If your identity cannot be verified your order will be cancelled and a full refund issued.
